Here are the latest Irate Tenant Stories: Tenant A is upset because she doesn't want to pay her rent because she had to pay her cell phone bill. Tenant B doesn't pay his rent because he got a stomach ailment and felt he shouldn't work his normal schedule - He wants his rent discounted. Tenant C feels that she shouldn't have to pay her rent because she is moving out at the end of the month and needs to come up with a security deposit for the next landlord she is going to drive crazy. The best is Tenant D: he is moving out at the end of the month and is upset because I sent him a cost list of what he will be charged if he doesn't clean.
